Pricing questions
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
Is there a contract?
Annual plans are billed yearly. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. Founding partners get a 1-month free pilot with no commitment.
What counts as an "active bottle"?
Any bottle that is currently parked (stored) at your venue. Retrieved, expired, and repurposed bottles do not count toward your limit.
Do you charge per WhatsApp message?
WhatsApp messaging credits are included in Professional and Enterprise plans. Usage beyond your monthly allocation is charged at cost.
