Pricing questions
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
Is there a contract?
Annual plans are paid upfront for 12 months. Quarterly plans split the same annual rate into 4 payments across 12 months. Monthly plans have no commitment and can be cancelled anytime.
What counts as a bottle?
Any bottle that is currently parked (stored) at your venue. Retrieved, expired, and repurposed bottles do not count toward your limit.
Do you charge per WhatsApp message?
WhatsApp messaging credits are included in all plans. Usage beyond your monthly allocation is charged at cost.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data remains available for 30 days after cancellation. You can export everything before then. We are fully PDPA compliant and will delete all data upon request.
How long does setup take?
Most venues go live within 48 hours of signing up. We configure BottleBank to match how your venue already works. Features you don't need stay off. Your staff only sees what's relevant to them.
What if my customer doesn't use WhatsApp?
Set any customer to email notifications with one tap. They'll receive the same expiry reminders and bottle status updates via email. No customer gets left behind.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Full CSV export of all your bottles, customers, and activity history is available anytime from within the app.
Do you promote other venues to my customers?
No. Never. BottleBank is a tool for your venue. We don't operate a network, we don't list partner venues, and we never insert third-party content into your customer communications. Your customers see your brand only.
