Park it
Type the guest’s name, pick the bottle from 270 catalogue pictures (or your own), set the level with your finger, choose the shelf. The serial number is assigned for you.

The guest gets a WhatsApp
A message with a link to their own bottle page, under your venue’s name, showing your venue only. No app to download, no login.

They can act on it
From that page a guest can extend the bottle, pass it to a friend, book a table or claim your offers. You decide which of those are switched on.

A reminder before it expires
Sent automatically, on your schedule. Nothing to remember, nothing falls through on a busy night.

Search by name, phone or serial. The whole history of the bottle stays on record, who parked it, who topped it up, who collected it.

Do my guests need to install anything?
No. They get a WhatsApp with a link. The page opens in the phone’s browser.
Do you show other venues to my guests?
Never. A guest who keeps bottles at several venues sees only yours on a page with your name on it.
What about photos of the actual bottle?
Catalogue pictures are included. Photographing each guest’s real bottle at park and handback is a paid add-on, priced in your quote.
How long does setup take?
We do it. Send us your bottle list and your staff list; the day onboarding finishes is the day you park your first bottle.
