I started DJing at 17 and playing in clubs at 18. I am 40 now. Over those years, I have experienced nightlife from behind the decks and from the responsibility of running a venue.
I founded ALPHA Nightlife in 2020. Running a venue brought a different set of challenges: bottles sitting forgotten in storage, regulars who stopped coming, and stock counts that never quite added up. On a busy Saturday night, those problems land on the people running the floor.
I tried existing tools, but they didn't fit the way we worked. Some were slow when we needed them most. Some promoted other venues to our guests. Others arrived empty, leaving us to enter every bottle and menu item ourselves.
So I started building software for my own venue.

Two years ago, I began building tools for ALPHA: floor plans, reservations, guest messages, and bottle parking. I tested them in the venue, learning what helped the team and what got in their way.
Bottle parking became the foundation of BottleBank. It gave us a focused place to start: helping staff manage the bottles guests leave behind and giving those guests an easy way to check them.
The product grew through conversations with other operators. A manager counting bottles on paper at 4am helped shape inventory. A club reprinting menus whenever prices changed helped shape the QR menu.
Owners and managers across Singapore and Malaysia continue to influence what we build. Different venues need different things. BottleBank gives them a place to start, with tools they can add as their needs grow.
Tested through real nights.
I build the software, but testing is a team effort. New features typically spend a couple of weeks in the hands of my staff at ALPHA. They use them during service, tell me what slows them down, and help me refine the details before those features reach BottleBank.
ALPHA's app and BottleBank are separate systems, so testing at the venue is only the first step. Once a feature is added to BottleBank, we test it thoroughly again, including checking that existing workflows still work as they should.
That care goes into the small changes as well as the big features. We usually release updates once or twice a month, improving how the app works, fixing issues, and adding useful tools. The aim is simple: an app that feels straightforward and dependable when your team needs it.

That experience shaped a simple commitment: we load your lists and configure BottleBank around your venue before your team starts using it. Your bottles, your menu, your staff, your house rules.

One system for the whole night.
We want to bring everything involved in running your venue into one app: bottle parking, inventory, menu, reservations, floor management, marketing, influencer tracking, customer relationships, and your till.
Each part should connect. You should be able to see how a campaign led to a reservation, which guests returned, what they ordered, and what moved in your stock. One clear overview of your outlet, with less time spent piecing information together.
AI is part of that vision. We want it to help you understand what is happening, spot what needs attention, and act on it. Our long-term goal is a dedicated AI agent for each venue, an assistant that knows your operation and can carry out everyday tasks within the permissions you give it. You could ask questions, request reports, or manage work through a conversation, including through Telegram.
Today, BottleBank offers bottle parking, inventory and QR menu. Other parts of this vision are being developed, tested, and refined. We will introduce them as they are ready, shaped by real use and feedback from venue teams.
