One venue. Two experiences. One QR code.

How BottleBank helped a Kuala Lumpur venue move from paper bottle records to a prepared bottle catalogue and separate digital menus for its club and restobar.

The venue has two distinct spaces: an indoor club and an outdoor restobar. Each has its own menu, promotions, and featured items. The team started with a logbook and bottle cards. After introducing BottleBank and arranging a trial, we prepared the system around the products they actually served.

The story

Their bottles, ready for their team.

The venue’s bottle selection differed from the Singapore catalogue we had already built.

We imported their bottle list and added the corresponding images, giving staff a catalogue suited to their outlet rather than leaving them to populate an empty system.

Once the bottles were ready, we moved on to the menus.

Building a menu from what they already had.

Like many venues, they had photographs of some dishes but not every item.

We worked with the images in their existing menu, using AI-assisted editing to clean them up and create a consistent visual style.

For dishes without photographs, we suggested a practical approach: photograph them as customers ordered them during normal service. A top-down view and a side view gave us material to work from, without asking the kitchen to prepare the entire menu for a separate shoot.

More than 8 in 10 of the food items now have photographs.

A choice at the door.

One QR code opens a cover page where guests choose between the restobar and club menus.

Each menu has its own promotions, featured food and drinks, and pricing. Guests can find the menu relevant to their visit, while the venue presents both experiences through one starting point.

BottleBank handled the initial menu structure, item setup, image preparation, and pricing entry.

What comes next.

The venue is still trialling BottleBank. Bottle parking and the digital menus are in use, while inventory setup is the next stage.

We are waiting for the venue’s full inventory list before loading that part of the system.
